Ines Ouali
e-Learning Facilitator / Coach

Ines Ouali (she/her) has taught French as a second language for over 12 years to senior-level public servants working for the Canadian federal government. During that time, she took a major step in her life to fulfill a dream: to thoroughly visit good old Britain and achieve two master's degrees. One in International Studies and one in Criminology from Durham University (UK). Ines joined ICTC in Feb 2021 and continues to contribute to the company's ongoing expansion.

Trevor Quan
e-Learning Facilitator / Coach

Trevor Quan has worked for more than a decade in the technology and innovation sector with a focus on public policy development and developing future-ready skills. Previously he has worked in the BC provincial government with a focus on growing the local tech sector and improving digital government services. Trevor has presented at provincial and national conferences on topics such as government strategy, AI ethics, education technology, labour market impacts and the gig economy. He holds a BA in history and MM in business from the University of British Columbia.

David Reyes
e-Learning Facilitator / Coach

David is a dynamic language professional and anthropologist with over five years of experience teaching languages both in Canada and abroad. His passion for language teaching, instructional design, and digital literacy education has led him to explore new and innovative ways to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences that leverage trending technologies. With a Master's degree in Bilingualism Studies from the University of Ottawa, David is particularly interested in community-based learning, and has a deep desire to bridge the gap between education and cultural immersion. He believes in empowering learners to not only acquire knowledge, but also to truly understand and appreciate the cultures and contexts where learning happens. As an avid reader with a passion for literature, David likes to explore Francophone literatures from the Americas and the Caribbean.
